Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help out with this issue. Several of my users including myself recently have cannot see out contact list when spark is running, I've tried rebooting the server, making sure it's running the latest version of Openfire and the spark client. All efforts have come up short. What we get is the application opening as normal, but the list is only visible when you hover over the icon on the taskbar. We can still receive messages, we just cannot start a conversation.
Any suggestions on resolving this or has anyone else seen this happen? Thanks
