Tengo instalado este Spark

Ignite Realtime
Smack Version: 3.3.1
JRE Version: 1.8.0_92
Cada vez que lo arranco mi estado aparece como "Invisible" y tengo que cambiarlo todos los días a "En Linea"
¿Como solucionarlo?
