Spark receives a message about client being invalid

Hi there.

We are running Spark inside a closed network.

Since 3 or 4 days users are getting the following massage when opening Spark:

"You are using an invalid client, and therefore will be disconnected. Please ask your system administrator for client choises."

Any advice how to solve this problem?
