Duplicated inactive contacts after re-connection

Hello,

I'm using Spark 2.7.7 and facing the following issue - when Spark connect for the first time I have proper list of contact, however if connection drops and spark reconnects, all INACTIVE contacts are duplicated.

So if connections goes up and down I'm having a lot of duplicated inactive contacts.

the issue exists since very old version, so this is not new.

can someone please fix this eventually?

P.S.

I know I can hide inactive contacts, but this is not an intention - I want to see all contacts.
