Spark not saving Contacts and Contact Groups

I am using Spark 2.7.7 to connect to an Openfire 4.0.2 server.  Whenever I log out or exit Spark it loses the contact groups and contacts I have set up.

Openfire is installed on a Server 2008 R2 machine.  It uses LDAP for authentication, and a SQLServer 2012 database.

Spark is installed on a Windows 10 Pro machine.
