SPARK SIP PHONE PLUGIN

Hi,

does sip plugin correctly work on linux ?. The user registration on the Asterisk server( 13.0)  tests works well on openfire( 4.0.2)  administration interface but once users connect with their Spark(2.7.6), the phone icon does not appear and they do not register on asterisk?

I NEED HELP PLEASE !
