Spark issues.

I'm trying to use OF / Spark for voice chat and I'm running to a LOT of problems:

When installing OF it looks like you're creating the admin username as an email address.  That field is prepopulated with the email address but that is NOT the user name.  The user name is "admin".  This was mentioned by other people online years ago.  The email address should not populate the user field and it should be clear that the default is "admin"

In 2011 people were having problems with the call button disappearing in Spark.  it's still disappearing

Spark 2.6 RC2 No Phone Call Button

I can finally get it to appear if I follow some solutions people posted years ago:

     - add the stun plugin (which appears half-baked. Even the button is labelled "???global.save_settings???"). It should be enabled by default if required for voice.

     - check box to enable the media proxy on the server (should be enabled by default, no?)

     - set stun server name in Spark client to OS server (should default to the spark server I'm connecting to so this works out of the box)

     - restart the client to make changes take effect (should not be needed)

After all that the call button finally appears and it triggers a drop down menu with 1 option in it, "computer to computer".  Why should I have to select from a menu with one option.  Makes no sense.  Ok I click it.  and the other client rings!!  outstanding!!  I answer, it takes a LONG time to establish the connection and then it just disconnects me right away.   And I'm sitting on the same LAN, nothing crazy here.  Making a voice call between two windows machines sitting on the same LAN and both running latest OF / Spark should be the most basic function and if it doesn't work the software is broken and shouldn't be released.  Someone shouldn't have to search through 4 year old solutions to get the main feature working.  I don't really understand why it appears that updates are being made and these packages are being maintained yet nothing voice related works.  yeah, I can chat in text mode but that's it.  I could do that on IRC 25 years ago.
