I have a "Server two Server" 2 domain Openfire environment. I'm trying to add the second server to my Spark Search service in Spark with the Add service button. I received the following error when adding the server "unable to contact search service". I try adding the server at "search.server.domain.com", "server.domain.com", and still get the same error. the search service works fine for both domains and I can add a user from another domain via JID.
is there a way I can add the a second search service via config file? is there a way to troubleshoot this? i don't see anything in the client spark logs on this nor the event viewer.
Any help would be much appreciated.
