Is Spark support call phone on Windows

hi everbody,

Sorry for I'm not good english. I start use Openfire 3.9.1 on CentOS 6.5. My client use Spark 2.6.3 on Windows XP.

I want use call phone on Spark so i build Trixbox 2.8 on CentOS. I config follow everybody ( map phone wwith Asterisk-IM ) but it not run. It not appear incomming call.....

Hey , Is it support call on Windows ? And if is yes , please help me config map phone.
